Catalog every LP, 7-inch, and rare pressing in your collection. LuckyVinyl scans album covers, pulls Discogs metadata, and tracks current values - built for crate diggers, casual collectors, and serious vinyl enthusiasts alike. LuckyVinyl is the digital crate and value tracker for vinyl collectors. Whether you're cataloging an inherited stack, hunting first pressings at the next Record Store Day, or pricing out a sale, LuckyVinyl turns album cover photos into a fully tagged collection with current market values pulled from Discogs. FEATURES . Album cover scanner - point your camera at the sleeve; LuckyVinyl identifies the release and pulls metadata from Discogs (artist, label, year, country, pressing variant) . Discogs integration - full metadata, current market value, average sold price, and seller listings synced into your collection . Per-record value tracking - see what each LP, 7-inch, or 12-inch is worth today; track value changes over time . Crate organization - sort by genre, label, year, condition, or your own custom tags . Wishlist - add releases you don't own yet; track when they drop in price or appear on Discogs . Condition grading - log media and sleeve grades (Mint, Near Mint, VG+, VG) with notes about deadwax markings, label variants, and pressing details . Photos - capture sleeve front and back, label, deadwax, and condition issues . Pressing variants - track first pressings, repressings, audiophile editions, RSD exclusives, gatefold variants . Format support - 33 RPM LPs, 45 RPM 7-inches, 78 RPM, EPs, 12-inch singles, picture discs . Value reports - total collection worth, top-value records, year-over-year tracking . Export - share your full collection list with friends or insurance providers . Works offline - log records at the store, sync values when you're back online WHO USES LUCKYVINYL . Crate diggers building a serious collection across genres . Audiophiles pricing first pressings and rare imports . Record Store Day chasers cataloging RSD exclusives . Inheritors organizing a parent's or grandparent's collection . Resellers tracking inventory across stores and sales . Indie label collectors and Bandcamp listeners curating physical favorites . 78 RPM and pre-war jazz collectors . Casual fans wanting to know what their crate is actually worth WHAT LUCKYVINYL IS NOT LuckyVinyl is not a music streaming app. If you want to play records, that's a different app (and ideally a turntable). LuckyVinyl is the catalog and value tracker for the physical collection you own. We also do not buy or sell records - LuckyVinyl integrates with Discogs for current market values but doesn't process transactions. Use Discogs, eBay, or your local shop for actual buying and selling. FREQUENTLY ASKED Q: Does it work with Discogs? A: Yes - LuckyVinyl pulls album metadata, current market value, and average sold price from Discogs. You can also link your existing Discogs collection. Q: Is it free? A: Free to download with all core scanning, cataloging, and condition tracking. Optional Premium for unlimited Discogs sync, value history, and advanced reports. Q: How accurate are the values? A: Values come from Discogs marketplace data - average sold price within recent windows. Actual sale prices vary by condition, region, and timing. Q: Can I track multiple collections? A: Yes - separate collections for personal records, store stock, or a deceased family member's catalog. Q: Privacy? A: Your collection data is private by default. Sharing with friends or family is opt-in. Version History Your collection, finally in sync. • iCloud sync is fixed. Sleeve photos, spins, pressings and purchase prices now travel between your devices — and Settings shows what iCloud actually did, not a hopeful guess. • Subscribed? You stay subscribed. Premium no longer resets on the launch after you buy. • Search finds what you typed, even if you type fast, and barcode scanning recognizes far more US pressings. • A new velvet look, in light and dark mode. • A stack of fixes: Cancel really cancels, prices show in your own currency, CSV export opens cleanly in any spreadsheet, "best grade" shows your best copy, and deleting a copy asks first. Thanks for collecting with us. If something looks off, tap Contact Us in Settings — a real person reads every message. 1.3 5d ago The biggest LuckyVinyl update yet!
